Terms and Conditions of account assignment

1. eForwarder.net only accepts freight industry related accounts for collection. The client must guarantee that all assignments for collection are valid claims.
2. The client is must guarantee that all supporting documents forwarded to eForwarder.netare true and accurate and must authorize eForwarder.net to use it in the pursuit of collecting the claims from the debtors account.
3. The client guarantees that all claims against an assigned parties account is accurate and lawful in all respects.
4. In the case that legal action is necessary , an attorney versed in transportation law will be selected by eForwarder.net and will be deemed an employee or an agent of eForwarder.net .
5. eForwarder.net and/or attorney are not empowered to file a suit or any legal action without expressed authority from the client.
6. eForwarder.net will pursue recourse pursuant to the bill of lading. Should a client have any special requests, the client must advice eForwarder.net in writing at the time of account assignment.
7. Client hereby authorizes eForwarder.net and/or attorney to appropriately endorse, for deposit and collection, any remittances received from debtor, and to deduct therefrom its lawful fee(s).
